Where are you finding a "best" setting for audio? Must be in one of the little corners of this remarkable program that I haven't explored yet.

In any event, sounds like a question for one of the Sony guys to address.

Everything posted by Sony over the past year says that using "Best" for video doesn't do anything, except slow down the render, unless you are rendering stills.

The video controls the algorithm for resizing stills, but I took Sony's comments to mean resizing of video as well. I might be wrong, though.
