I, like many others, use the "best" setting for video when rendering. However, I don't change the audio setting from "good" to "best". Do any of you hear a difference when you do that? If so, are you changing any other settings as well?
Most of my video work involves music.
Everything posted by Sony over the past year says that using "Best" for video doesn't do anything, except slow down the render, unless you are rendering stills.

The video controls the algorithm for resizing stills, but I took Sony's comments to mean resizing of video as well. I might be wrong, though.
