All my videos on the web are in flash. I use WILD FX PRO for .SWF conversion. Wid Fx accepts .mpeg and .avi files.

My question is what is (are) the best render settings in Vegas for .swf
conversion. ie., codec, mpeg, avi etc.

My rendered output size will be 360 x 240.
