Best way to zoom in on text?

Sorry if this has been asked to death but every time I did a search query (no matter how I formed the question) I received this:

Your search was too broad, please narrow your search options and try again. :-(

So, my question is; what's the best way to zoom in on text without it getting blurred or antialias? I tried scaling the font larger and also zooming in with pan/crop but they both looked bad at larger sizes.

Here's what I'm working on:

Thanks!

I could be way off here,
but I;d say you want something vector based, as it scales well. Normally, I would suggest something like an .eps, but it won't work in Vegas.
However, which text generator are you using? The "generic" one will limit you text size much more than the ProType will - you can get huge text with ProTitler, and then you'll only need a little motion tracking/pancrop to get the size a bity more - and your edges will stay pretty sharp

Double the Frame Size (top left corner) of the text when you first open it.
i.e. make 720 x 480 into 1440 x 960.
It does help.
BTW, this can be done afterwards as well.

You could also make large images of the text in Photoshop or CorelDraw / -Paint(er), save them as PNG files and use them in your video.
