Black Alpha Channel

I've videotaped a "talking head" segment in front of a green screen. It will be used on a website when converted to Flash. The web builder asked me to render the video with a black alpha channel.

I could use some help in how to do this.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions on this one!

File | Render As | Uncompressed AVI or other 32 bit codec.
He might also like a sequential PNG?

In a 32-bit project, the uncompressed file rendered out will be 32-bits per channel times 4 channels. I dont think that file will work in other programs (but then again, I havent tried). Anyways something to potentially watch out for. And check that there is no color shift if you bring it back in.
