Blackberry Bold wmv or mp4?

I have been trying to make a video from my DSLRs for the Blackberry Bold. I know the resolution is 420x320. Should I render something to this size with the letterbox? What is the recoomended bitrate? mp3 avc or wmv is better?

Great question. BB use 3GP which is a container for MP4. I've actually produced a short training video for a client (they use their BB's for EVERYTHING). I used this to convert to 3GP. Worked like a charm:
