Blackmagic Codecs Crash V11 or Render Clips Black

I just finished my first long project using Vegas 11 exclusively. Some portions of the project have 1920x1080p Motion-JPEG clips using the Blackmagic 422 codec. The project crashed at least 1X per hour of editing and the final project rendered some of the beginning of clips to black. If I spliced the clips into smaller sections eventually I could get Vegas 11 to render them.

I had the render to black problem with 10e but not the multiple crashes. Plus Vegas 11 renders much slower - only using 70% of my 6-core CPU vs. 100% like 10e.

Vegas 11 521 is on a fresh install of Windows 7 64 SP1 with just the latest Blackmagic Decklink Extreme drivers/codecs & AVID DNxHD codec. Nothing else is on the system...

If I uninstall the BM drivers, my Motion-JPEG video appears as "Sony MJPEG". I can render to other codecs but not back to the Blackmagic MJPEG 4:2:2 codec... The quality of the Sony MJPEG codec is not as high as the BM one and I cannot use my BM Decklink without the drivers installed....

New projects will mostly utilize AVID DNxHD video, but I have a lot of stock footage saved using the high quality BM M-JPEG 4:2:2 codec...
