Hello, I used the Blackmagic Decklink Studio 4K card with Ver 13 for viewing on an external monitor, but although the card is seen and selectable in ver 14, no image appears. Any ideas?
I also use second monitor/TV via Blackmagic Decklink.
Preferences: Set to Blackmagic *****
Main Screen: Above the preview window there is a preview button. Second from left. Toggle it on/off
Second monitor is HDMI connected. Make sure this sctreen/monitor input is set to HDMI.

Yes, that's what I did, no signal. Mine is connected via SDI, but cycled through all of them just in case.... checked that I have the latest driver.... any other suggestions out there? It used to work with Ver 13...
Card is Blackmagic (PCI Express) Intensity Pro 4K using driver 10.5.0.0.
Only problem experienced was the sound from this card had to be routed into my onboard sound card.
Normally edit via GV Edius but just checked and it is still OK with VP13 (build 453).
Not tested with Magix VP13 or VP14
