Blank Error Message when Installing VP21

Hello,

I just purchased Vegas Pro 21, and when I went to install the exe file and clicked continue to install, I had a Magix Installer Manager error message pop up that was blank. If I hit retry, the same issue happens, if i hit ignore or abort the install "pauses". It never gets above 0%.

I am running a windows 11 PC.

Any ideas of what needs to be done to correct this issue?

The file I am using was provided via a link in the email that Magix sent to me. I also tried to use just the trial version of Vegas Pro 21, but it gives me the exact same issue.

PC is running a 12th Gen i5 @ 3.7Ghz and 32B of Ram with a Radeon RX6600

The first suggestion in such situations is to temporarily turn off your security system in case it is blocking Magix's server.

Windows defender firewall is disabled and also tried creating an inbound and outbound rule to allow the exe file. Still getting the same blank error message. Is there a specific port number that should be allowed that I an make sure it is open?
