Blu ray 1440X1080 60I 8 or 25 Mbps?

I want to create a blu ray disc using DVDAS 5.0
I use VMS 12 platinum , Windows 7 64bit. cassette tapes HDV
In Render as , output format I see Blu-ray 1440x1080 60I (which match media video settings)
8 Mbps or 25Mbps Which one do I choose?

25Mbps MPEG-2 will most closely match your native HDV bitrate.
Highly recommended.
