why in Mainconcept MP4 (Not Sony AVC), there's templates for Blu-ray with 25 Mbps....?

Putting this on DVD Architect 6, in Optimize window, the video requires rerendering, but when I put an average 16Mbps (Max 20Mbps), accepted...

*Add : Also, 2-pass rendering option didn't work...
