The "Burn Disk" template "Blu-ray 1920x1080x24p 25Mbps" makes a stream that my PS3 reports as 30Mbps. The 3.95Gb file runs for 21.5 minuets which figures to about 20Mbps. I think all these numbers are CBR so what is the real deal here?
