Blu-Ray return to menu

When making a duel DVD and BR project (I just use 'replace' to change from the SD file to a HDV file), I find that the DVD will return to the scenes menu when pushing 'menu' on the remote, but the BR will do nothing. 'Top Menu' however works fine. Anyone got ideas why this happens in an identical project?

Haven't managed to solve this. The 'menu' button on remote is definitely marked as 'on'. I notice a few weird things happen when changing project properties from DVD to Blu-ray. Mostly with text. Also the first play item needs to be assigned to jump to the main menu at end, or the disc just stops right there. If I start with a BR project, then change to DVD all works hunky dory! Strange.
