Blue frame around clips mystery - help

I must have pressed a unique combo of keys (I was reaching for my usual SHIFT/CTRL/F to ripple events) when all of a sudden a turquoise bar and the property name of every clip has appeared on screen.

A neat effect, but NOT what I was looking for.

Please tell me what I did, and what to do.

Solved my own problem -
I had inadvertently enabled "Multicamera"

Tools>Multicamera>Enable Multicamera
or (CTRL/SHIFT/D) - SO close to CTRL/SHIFT/F !

Which puts a colored frame around your top clip and mutes any under that., pointing out the active clip.

Necessity is the mother of all frantic searches.

Glad you solved it Vic - I got caught exactly the same way recently - it was a total mystery until the fog cleared and I realised what I'd done.
