Blue-ray 1280x720 50P render template.

Been using Edius for awhile and presenting DVDA with the files produced via Edius. Have just completed a project in VP11* and discovered the lack of the required BD template.

My source files for editing are 1280x720 50p from a GH2 camera, hence my working in 1280x720P.

Such a template does not exist & therefore needs to be created. (mainconcept)
Looking at the offered templates it seems easy to take an existing template and make changes.
Setting width, height, frame rate & field order to 1280, 720, 50 & progressive respectively.

Should the I-frames & B-frames defaults be changed?.

Many thanks

Edit VP11 not 12. VP11(32bit) & Edius 6 can share canapus .avi files

Start with an existing nonanamorphic progressive BluRay template, change only the things you need to, and save as a custom template.

DVD Architect has BluRay project settings for 720p 50, but you must set them yourself.
