Blue Screen Technique

Does anyone know if Vegas Video can do the blue screen technique. If it can, can you give me a quick rundown on what to do.

Sure, just use the chroma key feature in fx, already has a default for blue screen,may need to play around with the color and/or threshold to get it just right.
