blue screen - windows 10

I have had 3 blue screen events in the last month. after the crash I reboot and my SSD media drive shows as disk0 and needs to be scanned for errors. Once scanned and fixed I am back up and running. So I am wondering, is it the sdd causing the blue screen or is the blue screen casing the ssd error?

There is an App called "Blue Screen Viewer Windows 10" which you install and then run. It reads all the error dumps and list those items that are a problem that caused the Crash ( Blue Screen )

The download Icon is a little way down the screen so need to check

I have used it in the passed to work out a problem
