I've found that many issues relate to the video card and what version of the video driver is being used. If you start a help ticket at NewBlueFX.com, it will be much easier to determine what is happening for any specific issue.

Jetdv, your support guys have been helpful with my copy/paste issue causing crash. And good comms! But still seem to be having the issue here and the last response was they could not reproduce it. But other users have reported the same issue so its not just me. Is there any further news about this issue? Would be great if this got fixed. Working down my "fixed" issues list would be nice to put a tick next to that one, the others all being in VP11 and hopfully resolved soon.

Paul, there are definitely going to be some issues we cannot duplicate. However, if enough people who have the issue report it, perhaps we can then find a common thread which would help resolve the issue. Pop another response into your help ticket please.
