I've attempted to render a 1.5 hour movie file four times on two different computers and every time the render stops. On my PC it stopped @ 30%, on my MacBook Pro it stopped @ 70%....when I say stopped I mean the time left is stuck @ 1 second remaining and the elapsed keeps going on and on.
I did this workflow once before successfully on my Mac but the movie was 1 hour rather than 1.5. I have tried to remedy this by placing all DVDArch related files on the external hd thinking my project is "choking" the startup drive. Any more ideas?
BTW... I'm a Final Cut user (dedicated) using Sony products to deliver on BluRay. I'm editing HDV natively, exporting ProRes... becasue I couldn't get DVDArch to recognize any other format.... and bringing that ProRes movie into DVD Arch for authoring... create an .iso then burn that with Toast. Is anyone out there doing something similar to this?
