Blurred motion and bad quality after rendering??

I am having problem with the video quality after rendering. I recently downloaded the trial version of Movie Studio 12 and made a few videos with it. The videos all came out great, then I purchased the software after the 30 days and now I can't render without the quality degrading the motion blurring badly.

I film using a GoPro Hero2 in 720/60. The raw video is very good quality. When I am in the software editing the video the quality still looks fairly good on the playback screen. I am using the same settings that I was during the trial. When you view the video after rendering it looks as if any motion causes the whole video to blur. If you pause it during a shaky or fast motion section it looks as if there are 2 or 3 images overlaying each other.

Keep in mind, I am pretty much guessing my way through all of this since I am brand new to video editing. I just don't understand what could have changed between the trial and the purchased software.

Here is a short clip for an example. Any ideas.

I will post the setting used for the video when I get home later today if that will help diagnose my problem.

Match your project to your media. Search "match media properties" to find out how.
Match your render frame rate to your source frame rate. 60p->60p. Or if going half (30p), Disable Resampling. That's really all it takes.

I agree with musicvid.
The phenomenon is called 'ghosting' (<ghost images). Select all the video events; rightclick on them, go to 'switches' and disable resampling. Now your Go Pro footage will be cristal clear!
