I hope this is not a silly question. I've not found answers about this:

My secondary display is an IPS panel connected thru DVI. When I detach the preview window from the doc and drag it onto the secondary display, the image is sharp. When I check the "display secondary diplay" button in the preview window, it is soften like if a 0.10 Gaussian blur effect was applied to the video bus.

I have tried several settings for the display but it didn't help. Scaling is not activated. I would like to know if this is the normal behaviour and, if so, could someone explain why this is done this way ?
