I would appreciate if someone could help with this,
I am a relative newbie and would like to create an effect where a face or object is masked in a video, and this moves with the movement of the object.
Ideally this will be a pixellated effect as used in most TV shows, rather then a simple black bar effect.
I tried creating a jpg of a white background with a black box, and then using this as a mask to allow the video to show through on the white area, and the black box to overlay the video. Then using track motion to move this, however i'm sure there is a better way.
