Bootcamp vs. VMware Fusion

Okay, so far, i've stumbled on some bootcamp truths.
1, can't utilize all of my 4GB ram because it has limits.
2, can't install XP64 cuz it's not supported
3, vista 64 won't be able to use ram above 4GB (i think)
4, somethin' funky happens in Internet Explorer where Flash doesn't get loaded correctly (maybe just my issue, but it's happenin' both at work and home)

Parallels have too many issues. Very unstable.

I wanted to know if anyone used VMware's Fusion
(http://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/)

I read the box at CompUSA ($79) and it says it supports the Bootcamp partition, and will operate off of it.

thanks.

From the FAQ section of the website:

>> How many CPUs can I assign to a virtual machine?
>>>>> You can assign up to 2 CPUs to a virtual machine, so the virtual machine will harness the full power of a Mac with an Intel Core Duo, Core 2 Duo, or Xeon processor.
