In my view Vegas 11 is an exciting program. But it does seem to crash a lot for a large number of folks, including me. I won’t be headed to NAB this year, but if I were I would compile a top 10 list of Vegas “Attaboy’s” and issues and camp out at the SCS booth until I was able to speak with the product manager, upper management, and the lead engineers and hand each a copy of the list. I think it’s important to give the folks developing this amazing software kudos for what they’ve done well and also let them know where they could improve.

In most organizations there are folks who “get it" and want to do to right by their customers, but they are often not the decision makers. Politely expressing our kudos and concerns regarding Vegas to the decision makers certainly wouldn’t do any harm and might do some good. Is anybody up for that?
