Border is too small

Hello,
I tried to use one of the borders that come with VF but the border will not cover the whole video. The upper and lower edge is still visible.
I have tried to change in pan & scan but to no avail.
What's going on?

OK - Your question intrigued me so I experimented.
Here's what I did with one of the backgrounds:
I placed it on a video track.
Right-clicked on it and chose Properties.
Under General click on Media Properties
Changed Pixel aspect ratio (in my case, to 0.9091(NTSC DV)

That seemed to do it, but I didn't "Make Movie" so I can't tell the final results, but should be OK. I would think it would work with frames. Good luck.

This had me intrigued also. I played with it a bit and couldn't find a solution. I did as you suggested and went the step further and continued on with "Make Movie". Your suggestion worked perfectly.
