Check the Boris web site. If you're a registered user, you can go to their download page and grab what you need.
Their Intelligent Assistant should be able to help as well.
As to how you use WAX? That's a pretty general question. Not sure how to answer it.

the manual that comes with the boxed version of Graffiti and FX includes a lot of detail on using the filters. I would suspect that it is also available on the web site.

If you’re talking about the three free filters that you can download when you register Boris Graffiti LTD that comes with Vegas, look in your Boris installation folder for a subfolder called BBC Documentation. There will be three PDF files on how to use the filters in there. It might install under the Boris Graffiti 3.0 subdirectory instead of the Boris Graffiti Ltd 3.0 subdirectory so you have to look around for it.

Wax also comes with a Users Guide. Go to Start > All Programs > Debugmode > Wax 2.0 > Wax Users Guide.

Wax comes with a small 20 page user guide. There is also a flash-based tutorial movie showing how to begin with - you can view it by opening the HTML page "program files\debugmode\wax 2.0\help\firstuse.htm" in your browser.
