Boris is giving away the Continuum Materials Unit plugin, for a few days.
The product description says it's a "Unit" belonging to the Continuum Complete product. I don't have Continuum Complete, but I have Boris Red5.
And I'm using Vegas Pro10.
Should I bother to download and install the Materials Unit plugin, or is it not relevant to us Red5 folks?
I downloaded it and tried to install. It wouldn't let me without uninstalling the previous version. I did that and installed the new. Can't find the materials unit anywhere....Waiting on a reply to the problem from Boris. If anyone has a fix let me know.
"Thank you for downloading the Boris Continuum Materials Unit that was offered for free this week. Due to an oversight, we advertised this plug-in as being available for Sony Vegas Pro. Unfortunately, this information was not accurate. We sincerely apologize for this mistake. You can use the Boris Continuum Materials Unit with After Effects (CS5.5 / CS5 / CS4 / CS3), Premiere Pro (CS5.5 / CS5 / CS4 / CS3), Final Cut Pro (v7), and Motion (v4).
In lieu of this mistake, we would like to offer you the Boris Continuum Light Rays Unit instead."
