Hello,

I acquired Boris FX through Vegas Pro Suite. The first time I attempted to download Boris FX, I had a hard time finding the exact version that Magix pointed out in their email, which was "Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5". It was nearly impossible to locate with that precise name. Eventually, I managed to download it, but every transition was crossed out with a red X.

Trying to resolve the issue, I decided to download several other versions. It took some time to find a compatible one, but I finally found and downloaded the Boris FX Suite 2023.5 version. During installation, I checked the "Leave All Plugins Installed" option to ensure no transition would be crossed out. However, the problem persists, and the transitions are still barred.

Can someone help me find the correct version? The guidance on Magix isn't very clear. I'm using Windows 10, and my software is Vegas Pro 21.0. The version specified in my Boris subscription is Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5.

BorisFX's Continuum Complete is a large suite containing dozens upon dozens of video FX and many transitions, but the only licence that comes with Vegas Pro Suite is 'Primatte Studio' and Primatte Studio only (it is one VFX only), nothing else. If you want to the entire BCC suite including the transistions, you will need to purchase it from BorisFX. Otherwise, when you install the BorisFX program, don't check the "Leave all plugins installed" checkbox so that only your licenced Primatte Studio plugin is installed.
