When I apply an effect, for example s_shake to an object (video, text), it works. But if I place tracks on the main timeline on the side, the entire timeline becomes invisible (disabled). And this is everywhere. I had this problem before, but it was somehow solved. I don't remember though.

@NST I added S-Shake to the timeline Track FX with a Legacy Text on it, no problem, I also added an Adjustment event, again no problem.
In your image the text is on track 29 with tracks above that also have effects on them, there's no way I/we can replicate your problem.
That's the thing, everything was fine during the previous editing. Nothing changed and everything worked.
This problem happened twice in the past. But I don't remember how it was solved. And it's not about the text, any content disappears into a black screen.
This problem is observed only in one project. Even on the new video track placed on top. The settings are standard, like any new project. It works on new ones.
But I saved the project separately. Added a new track on top. Deleted all the old ones below. And the plugins do not work.
Then I closed the cut project. Opened it again. And this track worked. As if some track is causing a failure.
РЕШЕНИЕ:
There were 15 hours of video to work on the track behind the project. I deleted them. Restarted the program. And the plugins worked. The problem was either in one of the videos or in the length of the track.
