Boris Graffiti LTD upgrade?

Hi Folks,

First post on a great board. My question is, is the Boris Graffiti LTD 3.0 available on the upgrade page an actual update to the copy which came on the Vegas CD. The version on the CD is Version 3.0 (3.0.0.040310). The file on the download page is 47.9 MB, but no mention of a version or build number.

Version 3.0 (3.0.0.040310) is also the version number of the copy I downloaded.
