Bought Movie Studio, doesn't let me install it

Hello.

I've bought Movie Studio Platinum and I can't install it on my new laptop (which I've bought yesterday specifically so it could run this program perfectly).

So I bought the product few weeks ago (I have an order number) and installed (thru the link I got on my email after I bought the product) it on my old laptop successfully, where it still works with no problems (apart from laptop being slow). So 4 days ago I bought a new laptop and installed it successfully, only to learn that the laptop is not processing things at speed I needed it.

So I ran back to the store yesterday, returned the laptop, and bought the new one, the fastest one they got, I returned home, downloaded Movie Studio thru the same link, only to have it failed to install (it shows Error HRESULT -2147010895).

I imagine that there is some limit on how many times you can download the program once you buy it, but atm I only have it running on 1 device (my old laptop) and I'm allowed to have it on 2 devices, and I even bought a new laptop (I have receipts for everything btw) so I could run the program. I needed this YESTERDAY, that's why I didn't wait and ran to buy a new laptop immediately, so it's very frustrating (also I wasn't unable to reach any technical support on any phone numbers, and there is no response from Live Chat either!) and I need to be able to successfully install Movie Studio ASAP. Any technical support please respond.

Thanks.

Go to your Magix account and look for that installed version.
Deactivate it in your account for the other (newer) laptop and let it stay on the old one. By deactivating it is possible to use (activate) it on your newest laptop. And for the next time Uninstall before you don't use the hardware anymore or deactivate in the program itself.

It was already deactivated on the 'newer' laptop that I returned.

But I've just fixed it. It turns out I needed to reset my newest laptop in order for certain updates to take place, after which the program was installed successfully (strange since Music Maker already installed successfully before the restart).

Thank You.
