Has anyone upgrading from an earlier version received their "boxed" version of Vegas Video 3.0 yet?

Got mine about a week ago. Found out they shipped based on a alphabetical list of customers. First those upgrading from Vegas, then those upgrading from Video Factory. My name starts with "S" so I was pretty far down the list.
