I admit not being bright on these technical issues. I need a rocket scientist please to explain what Im doing wrong on my Boxx Quad Core . I capture DV from GL! camera. I add titles and new blue fx transition fx on them. then I render to an dv avi file. the machine screams into overdrive and renders in only a few minutes. now the problem. I add the dv avi's from my company intro and the show intro and the show I just rendered above in order on a new timeline, add an animated bug logo. and it takes hours to render? Task manger shows 13% CPU usage and only 1 core with almost inperceptible usage as compared to 4 cores pegged with 96% CPU usage. I never noticed before as I used to use Liquid for the second render. I need to understand whats telling vegas to tell the machine to render slower than my old 1.8 single core machine. Thank you very much in advance for your expertise.
