Buffer error

I have tried to burn a CD with 12 tracks (approx. 45 minutes).
CDA displays burn buffer from 95% to 0%, goes on working while displaying 0%, then stopped (at about 90% finished !) : buffer underrun.

Strange, because I have been using EasyCD Creator for 2 years without that kind of problem : never !
Why does CDA stop ?

CDA was the only application running at that time, no internet connection, no other task, nothing else.

Are there parameters to change ?

You are getting a buffer under-run because either your computer is under-powered, you have plugins enabled that use too much CPU for real-time, or yoou are requiring SRC on source files that needs more CPU. Choose the option 'Render to temporary file'

You are presumably using CDA because it does something that EZCD doesn't ? That takes extra CPU time/power

Buffer under-run ?

Check the manual !

You should have heaps of CPU power then. Parallel port connected writers, and associated drivers are pretty flaky affairs, so there may be some interaction with the driver from CDA that is not optimal.

Try the 'Render' thing.
