Bug on the launcher - freezes at "Creation Video plug-in factory..."

After activate with my serial number, at lauching the program it freezes at the loading, saying above "Creation Video plug-in factory..." and nothing more happens.

I reinstalled 3 times, updated my pc and nothing changes.

Anyone can help please?
