Bug with V4 mpg templates?

Hi,

Is anyone able to create custom mpg templates on the Render As dialog?
When I click the Custom button for .mpg1 or .mpg2 renders nothing happens. With the other file types like .avi or .mov the Custom button works. I'm using the demo version so maybe this is a limitation (although it seems strange that it's only .mpg1 & .mpg2)

Works fine on a fully registered version.

Judging by the other similar thread and one on Creative Cow I'm thinking it's a bug.

As I recall, the SoFo website states clearly that demo versions do not include mpeg support. The reason, I believe, is that SoFo licenses the mpeg1 and 2 codecs from MainConcept. That is, SoFo pays a fee on every MainConcept codec it distributes. If SoFo packaged the mpeg codecs in demo versions, it could not recover its licensing costs - which would be bad for all of us.
