Building a global or ISO image?

DVDA2 prepares the *_TS files. However, I want to create a global or ISO image of the finalised DVD (for easy archiving on another drive, or subsequent burns, if required). Is there a way of creating *.gi or *.iso or *.image files using DVDA2? If not, any suggestions on how to easily accomplish this? Thanks a lot.

Nope.

Have a look through these, find something you like:

Do this using Nero. Take the prepared files, created by DVDA, and then use Nero to create the ISO file.

Is an iso file smaller than what DVDA creates? What is the advantage to saving it in this format?

Just more portable, I guess. An ISO is a single file whereas DVD creates two folders and several individual files.

Another possible advantage: the disc layout is fixed in the iso image and doesn't rely on cheapie burning software to manange the DVD's organisation.
