Building a new PC - which CPU?

I'm about to build my new pc for 4K editing with Vegas Pro. I'm now choosing the CPU. I found many suggestion about it, but I am very curious about one CPU i found in https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html, namely the Intel Xeon E5-2658 v3, for which I found a very interesting eBay offer.

Any opinion about it?

you're probably better off buying the fastest i7 you can rather than xeon. there's numerous articles as to why when building an nle.... google it ;-)
