Burning Blu-ray Movies with lower MBPS

The standard templates for burning Blu-ray are limited to 8 Mbps and 25 Mbps. My projects range from 1.5 Hours up to 2.5 Hours in length. I need a template in the 20 Mbps range is there a way to create a template for burning Blu-Ray MPEG at 20 Mbps?

You can change the templates by clicking on the "customize" tab

If I select "Make Movie" >> "Burn it to a DVD, Blu-ray... >> "Blu-ray Disc" I only get
"Rendering parameters" for Video format Video template etc and no customize option.

If I select "Render AS" the only options that support "Customize" are MainConcept MPEG-1 and Sony AVC
