Burning Cd audio with Vegas Pro12

I have being trying all day to burn a Cd audio using Vegas Pro 12 without any success. I have tried everything in the forum, and also some ideas in the internet, when I reduced the recording speed it burned but all in one long song. I had five songs with the proper track markers as per the instruction in the program it self, and all I got was one long song. Any ideas?

Did you press N to get red track markers? Or did you press M to get orange ones? N is for CD tracks, while M is just for timeline placeholders.

Do you mean burn rate?
Did you select the Disc-at-once mode? If there it's just one file, the track-at-once mode will not write tracks.
If you also have Sound Forge Pro, CD Architect is much faster-easier IMO.

yes I tried both options and they did the same thing. and no I dont have the other programs
