Burning Multiple MPEG's to One CD?

I recently bought Ulead DVD Movie Factory to burn multiple MPEG files onto one CD, but it fails to work even after several week's of working with Ulead techies.
Does anyone have a recommendation for another program that will do this?

I've done this with Nero - 1 chapter / MPEG, though you can set the delay between chapters or have each one play and then stop.
