I would like to burn a video CD and this is what I do:

tools->burn CD->Video CD...

and in "Template" menu I can only choose VCD NTSC. There's no VCD PAL, that's what I'm looking for. I have configured the "custom settings panel" in PAL DV. But when I try to burn a VCD there's only VCD NTSC.

Any help will be appreciated.
