Burning with DVDA

OK, I'm now to the process of burning my first project. Unfortunatly, my brand new DVD burner is not recognised by DVDA. So I read that many of you have the same problem and simply use Nero to burn the DVD. So what I did, is that from the Make DVD under File choice I burned the DVD to the Hard Drive with the "prepare DVD" buton. Then when I try to burn the DVD image with Nero, it doesn't seem to work. There doesn't seem to be the image where I created it. So to all of you who use Nero to burn your project, could you please give me a detailed explanation telling me how to do it from Nero.

Thanks againto all of you.

That's because DVDA doesn't create an image, it prepares DVD files.

When you do Make DVD -> Prepare DVD in DVDA, make note of the directory it stores the files in (you'll get the option of choosing a directory). Then in Nero, start a new DVD-ROM project. Use Nero's explorer to find the directory that DVDA used, and drag the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders into the root directory of your DVD-ROM project. Burn.

Alternatively, create a DVD-Video project in Nero. It will automatically put in the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, so you just have to drag the files from the VIDEO_TS folder on your harddrive to the one in the Nero project. Note that the AUDIO_TS folder will be empty. That's fine.
