burns 1 then gets stuck on burn lead in

I am having an issue with DVD architect. It will burn 1 dvd then it won't go past the burn lead in. I have to terminate prog after 45 min and then it doesn't even bring up file I was working on. Windows recently did an update. Is this what is causing this?

I don't know what is causing your issue, but I have always used a 3rd party program to actually burn the disk (IMGBURN). DVDA has always been a bit dodgy with its disk burns with some DVDs actually being incompatible with some players. I know it seems unnecessary but I have more faith in the burns from IMGBURN. Just create a folder or image in DVDA and use IMGBURN to create the disk. Just my suggestion.
