Bus vs. Track Effects in Vegas Audio

Anybody have a clue why the bulk of my directx effects appear in the bus effects folders vs. the individual tracks?? Is there something that I need to do to get some of the effects to work at the track level? I would love to apply individual effects to individual tracks rather than opening up a bus w/ a specific effect in order to achieve the same thing. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the feedback!

Which version of Vegas Audio are you using? I've been using any of my dx plugins on either track or buss fx. Haven't had a problem. Did you install all your dx effects correctly? I'm using VV3. If anything you could try to uninstall and reinstall them and see where they get messed up. Later.

I'm using vegas pro...maybe thats why. So if I upgrade to 2 you think that will help? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling vegas and have not had much luck getting the effects to show up in both the track or buss fx. plugin area.

I guess upgrading to vegas audio 2.0 is the way to go.

No - Vegas Video3 is what you want.

We past Va2 customers can vouch for that (my a$$ still hurts).

Get VV3.
