But, does it work?

Greetings Fellow Forumners:

Before I undertake the multi-hour download @ 26.4bps of
this new pre-released beta - (I think the term is 'alpha'),
I'd like to know if anyone has tried to mixdown 2 or more
tracks, to see if the rendered file has the same mix levels
as the original. This was a biggie in the original pre-
release of the alpha 2.0a.

Also, did they add a mono button?

Love always,
George

PS. I'm starting to think that the "a" in 2.0a meant alpha
and "b" is for beta......Ok, so following this logic: that
would mean that the "bugfree" working version should be
labeled 2.0F for Final.......

SF release legend
2.0c: crappy or cool
2.0d: disturbing or deluxe
2.0e: expectant or excellent
2.0f: fixed or final

See what I mean?

Just kidding - I just wanted to make yawl laugh....
I'm getting ready to go on vacation (AMSTERDAM)!!!!
Don't forget to download Protools for free from
www.digidesign.com

They claim it'll be available for free in 5 days. I hope
it'll still be available after I get back. -Cheers
