Button Graphics

I'm using the MOVIE 1 theme & trying to make a single menu with 1 graphic button. There are no markers on the rendered file, so the button's picture defaults to the first frame of the file. I'd like to use a different, more appropriate frame further into the file & can't seem to get the hang of it. Is this doable?

Navigate into your video and use the timeline to find the frame you want to use. Then right-click the video in the Project Overview window and choose "Set Thumbnail From View."

Alternatively, select the button on your menu, go to the Media tab of the Button Properties window, select the Start Time setting, click the dropdown arrow to its right, and use the slider to find the frame you want to use.

But I'd go with the first option. ;)
