Button highlight problem

Hi,

I have created my dvd with multiple buttons on the main menu. The main menu loops and if I use the arrow keys to highlight a button, when the menu loops the highlight jumps to the first button. So I have to select my button again and if I wait too long, when the menu loops, the first button is highlighted. Hope that makes sense.

Is there a setting for the buttons or menu I can change to fix this problem it's quite annoying.

Thanks in advance,
Linn

This is normal. Make the loop longer or select the desired item faster.

I just encountered the same thing. I'm sorry to hear this is "normal."

I just set up a DVDA project with two links. I set menu length to 6 seconds. I ran preview and manually highlighted second link. The menu previewed over and over again for half a minute and the highlighted link did not change. Perhaps you have some general preference set or checked that will cause yours to do this. I looked for a general preference that would do this and I couldn't find one. In fact, I would like to know how you got DVDA to do what you are describing.

I just checked the preview of my project and it doesn't move the highlighted curser (which is exactly what I want). I have five buttons, and if I move to the third button, it stays on the third button after each loop (my loops are 5 seconds long). However, on my burned DVD the highlight always moves back to the first button after each loop (which I find annoying -- but which seems to be wobblyboy wants).

This seems like a bug to me. Any other opinions?
