Is it possible to have the buttons appear at a different time from the loop point?

For example, I want the buttons to not appear at the start of the menu, but instead appear at 30 seconds into the menu, but then I want the menu to loop after 60 seconds into the menu.

I see I can have the buttons appear at either 0 or 60 seconds. Any way to make them appear at 30 seconds?
