buttons for each music vid on my menu screen

hi folks. i have currently finished rendering a music video compilation, which consists of music videos and chapters to seperate each video from each other. now i want to add buttons to a menu screen to represent each video, with title on it, for each video, i also need a to create the menu screen, with motion on it (ie: a clip of a music vid that runs for about 40 seconds.) so basically what i want as the outcome would be like this: when i insert my dvd into a dvd player i would get ...1. menu screen with music video clip that would run for about 40 seconds, with title of my dvd right over the motion clip. 2. a link that will take me to all the buttons that represent each and every music video i have added to my compilation, so that i can click on whichever video i choose to watch. 3. i also want a link to a play button so that i can just hit play, if i choose to just let it play all the way through, and not jump to the link which contain all the music video buttons, and after the video ends, it would loop back to the menu screen, with the motion clip on it. so to sum it up, i want to make it look as if i had just bought the dvd.
if anybody can help me out there, this would more than greatly appreciated.
thanks!!!

Drop all vids into your DVDA properties window.(Upper left)
Right click the one you want to play first and select "Set DVD Start"
For the Play all feature, see http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?ForumID=4&MessageID=310324
which is currently the thread just above this one.

thanks for the quick reply. now when you say :You could also create a submenu, and in the Track View for each chapter, set the chapter indexes (yellow triangles) to cover that chapter selection, would this be the link with the buttons that represent each video , and will i be able to set a title for each video? oh and also how would i be able to set the time for my first clip to play ( the motion menu clip).
thanks again.

You can have a button for each video, each chapter, or menu. And for the same video with a different audio file, subtitles, etc. You can set an end action for each menu, video, chapter.
Think downward. In other words, as you look at the Properties window for each Menu, Button, or Media, start at the top of the Properties window and work your way downwards. If you think in terms of downward processes, you'll see how each function works very quickly.

and all this can be done out of the Object/Menu/button manager directly above the timeline right? and i'm assuming that this is where i will be able to shorten out a music video clip for my menu screen also?
thanks again!!
