Buttons should appear later...

I have a video of 30 sec length, this should be the background for my menu.
What can I do that the 2 buttons appear not right from the beginning of the menu, but after about 10 seconds ? Tips would be great !!!

Set the duration for the menu to 10 sec. Then, link to an identical version of the menu that contains the buttons.
